We have been working closely with our clients engineers to develop a bespoke grinding machine for the specific application of the
manufacture and refurbishment of oilfield stabilizers.

Our chosen country of manufacture for these machines is India because of proven capability of manufacturing heavy duty cast machines of this type.

The process began with retro fitting existing Roll Grinding machines but has since developed into a specifically built machine which can from its basic format be individually tailored to customer’s requirements.

We are currently in technical talks with a Chinese factory who have been building general purpose Deep Hole Boring and honing machines.

After doing some ground work and accompanying visits with experts in this field, we can now confirm that these machines can be upgraded to the more exacting standards of UK steel manufacturers .
